8th Annual Awards Program Highlights Innovative Tech Products and Best Tech Practices in Homebuilding
Framingham, MA – June 30, 2008 – The winners of the 2008 Innovative Housing Technology Awards (IHTAs) were announced at a reception on Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at the InterContinental San Francisco Hotel during PCBC 2008. The IHTAs (www.techomebuilder.com/ihta), presented by TecHome Builder magazine, are the most prestigious housing technology awards for the homebuilding industry. At the 2008 event, more than 30 companies were recognized for their outstanding contributions to technology in the homebuilding industry.
The IHTAs are intended to both stimulate the development of innovative new products, materials and systems for residential construction by product manufacturers, as well as recognize significant advances and best practices by product manufacturers, integrators and builders in home technologies and IT solutions for the housing industry. IHTA finalists and winners improve the livability of our homes and make the process of building and improving homes more efficient and cost-effective.
